Ross is married to the love of his life, Aimee, and he is crazy about his five kids, Zachary, Taylor, Grace, Ethan, and Owen. He and his family moved to Austin, Texas in 2010 to plant the life-giving church, ONEchapel, and it’s been nothing short of an adventure in God’s grace with over one thousand in attendance in less than eighteen months.
He had the privilege of living in Colorado Springs, Colorado for over 18 years and leading worship at New Life Church. As the Worship Pastor, he worked with some really incredible people who he continues to have the honor of calling his friends.
Ross has led worship on several Integrity Music recordings including "I Am Free," the award-winning, best-selling release "My Savior Lives," and "Counting on God." One of his passions has been training and equipping young men and women to lead worship in local churches, which is why he founded the New Life School of Worship in 2002.
Over the years, Ross assembled a team of influential worship leaders and song-writers around him who are all now successful in their own right (Jared Anderson, Glenn Packiam, Jon Egan and the Desperation Band), and their songs have quickly become worship favorites in churches around the world. Ross' philosophy of multigenerational worship has helped shape many worship ministries and churches, and he is a consistent speaker at conferences around the nation.
Ross became the Interim Senior Pastor at New Life Church in 2007 where he provided leadership, spiritual direction and healing for the family of believers in the wake of a moral failure by their Senior Pastor. He continued to help guide New Life Church through their transition under new pastor, Brady Boyd, encouraging this newly blended church family to see the grace of God in the miraculous way New Life has not only survived, but also thrived.
Ross enjoys movies, NFL football, history, reading all kinds of good books, and vacationing with his family.
BRENT PARSLEY
PASTOR
Brent is currently serving ONEchapel families as the pastor for Kids and Students. He is envisioning a unique family approach to discipleship for the next generation.
Brent served as the tag student ministries pastor at New Life Church in Colorado Springs for 10 years. Under his leadership the ministry grew from a few hundred to 1,400 students. He led a team of over 250 volunteer leaders, and encouraged and equipped other youth pastors along the way. Brent also played a primary role in launching Heartwork, a network of student ministries rescuing and providing care for orphans around the world. He is a regular speaker at the Desperation Youth Conference each summer and you might find him speaking at retreats, conferences, and youth pastor training events around the country.
Brent is a graduate of Oral Roberts University with a degree in theology. He loves the local church and desires to see families united in serving God’s purpose in their generation. He is also on a mission to see strong, healthy youth pastors leading powerful student ministries that produce life long followers of Jesus who will be able to make life long followers of Jesus.
He loves Macs, coffee, marketing and branding, music, waterskiing, books, youth and pop culture, and movies.
Brent lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, Maria, and their 3 kids, Aurora, Ewan, and Reese.
