ONE CHAPEL PRAYER
PRAYER CHANGES EVERYTHING
“To be a Christian without prayer is no more possible than to be alive without breathing." - Martin Luther
Prayer is the most significant activity of all who follow Jesus. But, often it's more of a last minute "Hail Mary" pass than a "Daily Practice" for life. At One Chapel, we want to be a people who engage in prayer as a first response, rather than a last resort.
We're just convinced that prayer takes us out of the realm of what we can do, and into the realm of what God can do, and that changes everything!
40 Days of Prayer:
A Season of Consecration
Resurrection life is waiting. Jesus has offered it to us. The Holy Spirit is ready and willing. Will you come? Will you receive? All that is required is a humble heart and a faith-filled surrender. Join in the historic practices of God's people during this Easter Season. Prayer, worship, Scripture, and Fasting means we lay everything down...yield to his way...and in exchange receive the most vibrant and powerful life God has for us!

Fasting
Fasting is a spiritual practice in Christianity where believers temporarily abstain from food or comforts to grow closer to God. It is a time for prayer, repentance, and seeking God's guidance, often practiced during seasons like Lent or in times of personal need. Fasting helps strengthen faith and deepen one's relationship with God.
